Ribeye and Onions on Fresh Ensalada

This little salad d’jour was for Missussteveishungry, who is with child as they used to say. So, she gets plenty of fresh veggies, calcium and protein, all of which are accounted for in the grilled ribeye and onions on a salad of romaine, spinach, provolone cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, mushrooms with a basil balsamic vinaigrette.

  1. I must admit veggies rarely looked this delicious!

  2. Congratulations are clearly in order for Missussteveishungry (and yourself too of course!) Naturally she didn’t make a hamburger of this meal since the bun was in the oven.
Sans the mushroom (I’m allergic) the rest look very delicious indeed, and THAT’s even said just after I ate dinner. I’ll just have to drool over the photos in lieu of dessert LOL.
… just one small Question: When’s lunch tomorrow?

  3. I agree with the Doc. This dish looks delish!
